Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the rtf88 website ("Platform") and all services provided on it. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who register as members.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the latest version of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the Platform immediately.

rtf88 operates under international licensing and provides online entertainment services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, baccarat, Teen Patti and various other games to eligible players.

To register an account with rtf88, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an employee of rtf88 or an immediate family member of an rtf88 employee.
• Not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration.
• Register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

rtf88 reserves the right to request players to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad), proof of address or other identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information. This includes their username and password. rtf88 will not request your password through any communication channel.

• Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong and unique password for your rtf88 account.
• Contact the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• rtf88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account resulting from the player's own negligence.

All activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you or with your consent, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the rtf88 support team before the activity occurred.

All financial transactions at rtf88 are processed through approved payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Applicable transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details registered are accurate and belong to them. rtf88 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect details provided by the player.

rtf88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of these terms may be forfeited.

All bonuses and promotions offered by rtf88 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players are required to meet these requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms:

• Bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: total bonus amount x 25 times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Example: deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,700 → wagering RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

For the VIP Programme, players are eligible to upgrade their membership from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum to Diamond tier based on their gaming activity. Each VIP tier offers a different weekly cashback — players can enjoy cashback ranging from 0.2% (Bronze) to 0.8% (Diamond) based on their eligibility.

rtf88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion, will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus.

All games offered at rtf88 are operated based on fair and transparent rules. Each game has its own rules which can be reviewed on the relevant game page.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rtf88 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• rtf88 is not responsible for any losses experienced by players due to internet connection disruptions or device issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rtf88 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Identity fraud or use of false information during registration or verification.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial purposes.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse of the bonus system through multiple accounts or promotion fraud.
• Any action that disrupts the technical operation of the platform or the experience of other players.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, including family members, without approval from rtf88.

rtf88 provides the Platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the adequacy, accuracy, or availability of services at any time.

rtf88 accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses incurred by players as a result of their own gambling decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or actions by third parties.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the Platform.

rtf88's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the rtf88 support team. Before closure is processed, all valid real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.

rtf88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any terms in this document.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving fraud.
• A self-exclusion request from the player.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, rtf88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and is not obligated to return any deposits or winnings associated with the activity that breached the terms.

rtf88 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. Players are advised to review this page from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published will be taken as acceptance of the latest version of the Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rtf88 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through an agreed arbitration process, or through a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
